General process:
The "First Sketch" is rough posing ideas for your commission. The completeness of these vary by project, but is mostly meant to convey the idea and composition, not details. This is a WIP phase, and you may give me notes to guide me as I continue on your piece. For standard sketches, this is the only WIP phase you see.The "Refined Sketch" is a tightened up sketch for your final approval. At this point, you may only request minor detail adjustments. Changes with a larger domino effect may incur a fee.Optional "Pull the Ripchord" - You can choose at anytime to allow me artistic freedom to finish the piece. It is not guaranteed, but sometimes this may speed up your piece's turnaround time. Just let me know if you'd like to do this.The "Completed Commission" will be delivered when I have finished it. Typically this is in a PNG file, around A4 size at 300 dpi, however this varies by project.

• Commission Progress/Updates
I will send you pose sketches for you to choose from. I may send you a follow-up sketch with any adjustments, though this does not always fit all projects.
I will likely only reach out to you if needed in order for me to continue the piece, and then to deliver final files.

• Communication
I struggle with masking and burnout, which may cause delays in my response to messages as well as completion of tasks.
Despite the inevitability of delays, I assure you that I will never drop your commission and will do my best to complete it.

• Turnaround
Current Turnaround for New Commissions:
First Sketch: 2 weeks | Completed Commission: 6 months
The 6 month turnaround is based on the following:
As of 7/31/23 my queue has 55 pieces in it. 32 of them were taken between 9/2022 and 2/2023. 23 of them were taken from 5/2023-7/2023. I am working through things chronologically with a bit of flexibility.

• Revisions and Changes
Revisions will only be made for mistakes (i.e. missed character markings, wrong hair color, etc)
No revisions will be made for personal taste, inappropriate or unclear reference.
No art is perfect: No revisions for skill-based things such as anatomical issues, lighting/scale inconsistencies, craftsmanship, etc.

• Payment Terms
Payment will be made via PayPal or CashApp. Other methods may be available if discussed.
You are welcome to pay in full if you prefer.
Tips are very appreciated but not required.

• Refunds and Cancellations
Refund Policy: Refunds can take time to process, decided case-by-case. At the 6 month mark, you may request a refund. The amount refunded will be in proportion to the amount of work not yet completed, and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will likely not be provided if within the turnaround time, and will not be provided due to lack of satisfaction with a piece.

• Copyright and Usage
I retain copyright and usage rights for the art itself, and may use it for advertising, to edit, to sell prints of, include in art archives, etc.
You are free to use the artwork in a personal capacity. Feel free to print it, use on your socials, give to artists for reference, or other comparable things. Crediting me is ideal, but I understand it doesn’t always fit the situation.
You are not permitted to use the artwork in relation to anything hateful, including but not limited to: transphobia, racism, homophobia, antisemitism, or other comparable harmful ideologies.
Use of the artwork for activities like streaming on Twitch or Picarto is acceptable, however if it is a driver/incentive of income (i.e. an emote, a reward, etc) I reserve the right to negotiate rights or ask you to remove the artwork.
Anything beyond the personal rights such as commercial rights, sales of anything using the artwork, or other comparable things must be negotiated separately.

• Delivery, File Format
The deliverable is a digital file of the piece of artwork, typically in PNG format in the highest resolution worked on in the process. Often this is around A4 at 300DPI, but this fluctuates.
No physical items are shipped unless otherwise negotiated.
The digital artwork file will typically be emailed directly to you, either as an attachment or in a Google Drive folder. Please download your files within 30 days, as I will not be responsible for extended hosting of the files.

• AI, NFTs, Etc:
My artwork is not to be used for AI artwork, neural network training, the creation or sale of NFTs, or other related uses.

• Miscellaneous
You must be at least 18 years of age to commission artwork from me.
All work may be posted by me, however I respect anonymity and will not include your username if you request that.
